Music and Movement at LabSpace

Step into a cozy, joyful half-hour of song, active movement, and hands-on rhythm for children and their caregivers. We’ll dive into lively movement games, real instruments, and fingerplays where parents participate right alongside their kids—creating a relaxed, zero-pressure space for everyone to move and laugh. It’s a fun, simple way for families to connect, burn off energy, and build early music skills together.
Weather Policy: We know that the winter months can bring bad weather. This class will be cancelled if the Jefferson City Public Schools have a late start or are cancelled. Missed sessions will be added onto the end of the session.
Illness: We work hard to keep the germs away at LabSpace and ask that you stay home if your child, or someone in your household is ill. We offer many 1 session classes throughout the semester and will be happy to have you visit one of the those as a makeup for classes missed due to illness. Please note that we have teachers will immune issues. Event a small cold can be a big deal with a many week recovery.
