Event Description: The inaugural Music & Health Conference brings together researchers, musicians, clinicians, and industry professionals to explore the cutting-edge intersection of music and health outcomes. This interdisciplinary event will feature research presentations, expert panels, and live musical performances showcasing how music interventions can improve well-being and mental health. Attendees will include health researchers, neuroscientists, musicians, music therapists, and professionals working in music and health. Our goal is to foster new collaborations, advance research dialogue, and develop innovative approaches to using music as a tool for health and behavior change.

Our opening session examines music's power to heal and educate. Three leading researchers will share insights on treating mental health conditions through musical interventions, understanding musical learning through positive psychology, and leveraging technology to enhance music-based therapies.

Info: Session 2 explores innovative therapeutic interventions for brain health and stress management. Researchers will present cutting-edge work on entraining the brain with music and synchronized light for cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease, music therapy applications for stress reduction and burnout prevention, and evidence-based insights into how binaural beats affect the nervous system.
