Ecstatic Dance has inspiration from shamanistic rites of indigenous tribe and has been used to work and play the medicine of the gods.
Tara has created a safe sanctuary to reconnect with plant medicine the spirit of the breath and your true movement.
Although coming together as a group, through this sacred dance to connect with yourself, you will be held, guided + called to intuitively move your body + play with your own energy.

Microdosing psilocybin with cacao ?
An ancient combination in a NEW LIGHT
A microdose is a sub-perceptual dose. Unnoticeable or subtle in direct effect, but a noticeable influence in your life. The use of psilocybin containing mushrooms has a long and widespread history (scroll down for more history info).
Microdosing psilocybin has recently gained popularity using it rather as a supplement in daily life compared to a deeper journey. Note that cacao increases the effect and togther they give more depth.
Psilocybin with cacao
The combination of sacred mushrooms and cacao share a long history and tradition. Traditionally used in ceremonies with larger dose journeys, we like to propose this combination for microdosing too. Separately cacao and microdosing are used for a healthy and positive lifestyle, together they give more depth.
Cacao is not a psychedelic, but it does have a psychoactive effect as a mood enhancer and connecting us to our heart-centre. It also has one of the highest concentrations of antioxidants, is rich in minerals and the active compound theobromine is a mild stimulant. Making it a healthy food source with a subtle but profound effect.
The Aztecs called the sacred mushrooms teonanacátl (flesh of the gods). Cacao’s official name is theobroma cacao (food of the gods). A powerful combination increasing the effect where the mushroom opens the mind and cacao opens the heart.
Note that cacao increases the effect of psilocybin. It contains MAO-inhibitors that prevent the breakdown and modulate neurotransmitters like serotonin. Your sweet spot dose might be a little lower than usual.
Another benefit of using cacao with a microdose is that it helps your body to uptake active components. In the end it’s not only what you consume into your body, but what your body can uptake and process. The natural fats present in cacao and increased blood flow help. Honouring both the mushroom and cacao as teachers supporting us in living our potential.
Microdosing is an interesting way to use psilocybin in daily life. Going into a ceremony is something completely different. Taking a psychedelic journey dose can be a life changing experience. Taking it in a ceremony is a beautiful way to honor the mushroom and to work with it's effect. Going into a mushroom ceremony we can advice the combination with cacao in a few ways.

As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated for the Mushroom Cacao consumed.
It is crucial that you inform Tara if any of the following conditions are relevant to you:
When Psilocybin is responsibly administered it is completely safe. There are very few people who cannot take it. But please review the contraindications!!!
• Under the age of 18
• Cardiovascular problems
• High/Low or abnormal blood pressure.
• History of aneurisms Epilepsy or history of seizures.
• Anyone on heavy medication
• Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia.
• Undergoing Chemotherapy
• Recent surgery
• Glaucoma
• Pregnancy
• An active addiction
• Taking any sleeping pills, melatonin and sleep aid herbs.
• Any person with mental illness who isn’t in treatment or lacks adequate support.
• You must inform me if you have ever, or you are currently suffering from mental health condition regardless of whether or not you are taking medications.
• Certain antidepressants and anxiety medications
• Bipolar depression
• Schizoaffective issues
• Don’t use with alcohol or opiates.
• If you have had a COVID vaccine, have at least 3 weeks break before joining a Ceremony.
•Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect the ability to engage in any activities that involve deep physical and/or emotional release.

• Temple will open at 7.00pm and you will have a few moments to get grounded and set up for your Sacred journey.
• We will open up with an introduction and opening ceremony with Cacao & Mushroom Medicine.
• You will then be guided through a Breathwork Jour with for 20 minutes supporting you physically, mentally and emotionally and spiritually and allow your innate medicine of the breath to work in harmony with mushroom medicine.
• Your only job is to be open minded, relax, to connect with your boidly conciouness and the sounds around you and be open to receive any healing or guidance that comes up throughout the journey.
• We will then bridge movement and sound through our bodies. This is an exploration into your true self. A free body movement ceremony.
• We will close of with an intergration circle finishing up at 9.30PM leaving light grounded and open and enlightened.
