Transition into a safe and informative conversation about the intentional use of mushrooms as a therapeutic tool.. We will explore protocols, benefits, and the importance of set and setting, creating a space for open questions and shared knowledge.

Conclude the evening with a deeply restorative, guided breathwork session. This powerful practice will help you calm the nervous system, integrate the day's knowledge, and connect with a state of profound clarity and peace.
