Immerse yourself in a world of mushrooms. You'll learn a little about each type and pick up tips on pairing them with other foods as you create this hearty, aromatic, and tasty meal.

• Focaccia with Roasted Mushrooms & Caramelized Onion Jam
• Prosciutto-wrapped Chicken Breasts with Mushrooms Caps
• Barley with Mushrooms & Leeks, cooked Risotto-style
• Chocolate Truffles with Toasted Pecans & Dried Cranberries

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
