Eric Myers of Myers Mushrooms farm in Haysville, KS will guide you through using shitake or oyster mushroom spawn to create a multi-year perennial fruiting mushroom log, bringing homegrown mushrooms into your own kitchen. Whether you're a dedicated gardener, homesteader, or curious about mushrooms, this hands-on workshop will teach you everything you need to get started. Plus, experience the benefits of farm to table living. Straight from Myers Mushrooms farms to the kitchen at Raha Mediterranean, comes delicious fungi filled hor d'oeuvres.
