Did you know you can grow mushrooms from used tea bags and coffee grounds? Join us for a fun workshop where you'll learn how to prepare mushroom spawn to grow 3-4 yields of oyster mushrooms using free, easy-to-find materials.

The aim of this workshop is to make mushroom growing accessible and show our local community that anyone can grow mushrooms at home with the right tools and materials.

This workshop is suitable for all ages and abilities.

We’ll cover how to create the substrate, keep your grow kit contamination free, and more, all while growing this gourmet oyster mushroom species. Plus, you get to take home your very own mushroom growing kit with instructions to help you enjoy a tasty, successful harvest and save money too!
