Muscles N’ Mimosas the 4th Edition is here!!

Muscles N’ Mimosas is a boot camp and networking event designed to ease the woes of traditional networking. No suits required. Leave the heels and bow ties at home. Participants sweat a bit…ok, A LOT… and enjoy the pleasure of networking in their workout gear with mimosas in hand!

All you have to bring is an open mind and your business card!

The boot camp is a minimal equipment HIIT course curated and led by Allen, NCCPT. As a fitness professional, Allen will also provide modifications for individuals of varying fitness levels. The energetic musical selection is provided by DJ Kutz to continuously motivate everyone through the rapid workout stations and the networking and shopping experience. Participants will also be able to shop for Awkwardly Social ATL gear. Finally, but not least, participants will enjoy the Mimosa Bar and various libations from Trey of Tag Team Mixology.

Muscles N’ Mimosas provides an out-of-the-box approach to allow participants to interact with others in both personal and professional settings.
