MUSCLE UP TO HANDSTAND
(LEVEL 2 - SKILLS WORKSOP)
This skill-focused workshop is designed to help you build the strength, master the technique, and confidence needed to connect two advanced gymnastics movements: the muscle-up and the handstand. This workshop breaks the skills down into clear progressions so you can train with purpose and leave with tangible wins!
Cold plung & sauna are included with this workshop to benefit your recovery!
What to Expect:
- Targeted warm-up for shoulders, wrists, core, and pulling muscles
- Muscle-up progressions - false grip/transition drills, pulling strength, turnover mechanics
- Handstand progressions - stacking, balance drills, core work, freestanding progressions
- Connection work - linking drills, shapes, and controlled entries/exits
- Coaching on timing, efficiency, and safe skill practice
Criteria:This is a Level 2 Calisthenics Skills workshop and is best for those that have become proficient in St. Pete Cali's Foundations class OR have been personally training calisthenics and are proficient in the following skills: False grip, hollow body hold, handstand, pull-up. If you'd like to get the foundations down before this workshop please give us a call at 727-253-7018 and we will get you in a complimentary SPC Foundations class!
