Our Memorial Day tradition with a twist! This year our Murph workout will be combined with the Hero WOD Chad allowing for more community and fun! At 9am we will be doing the following partner workout with scaling options for all abilities!
1000 box step ups for time
P1: 200m run + 2 Cindy’s
P2: max step ups
Continue alternating until step ups are complete
90 min cap
Games and potluck BBQ to follow!
