ALL THINGS MURPH!Firstly every member is capable of doing a version of MURPH!
HEATS START AT & 7:15am & 8:30am
ARRIVE EARLY AND START YOUR WARM UP, WE HAVE ONE WRITTEN!
This will be a large class setting, all the pull up bars work :) you may not get the one you usually use and thats ok! This is about community coming together and honoring soldiers who put their life on the line for our freedoms.

*Stay and hang out after to relax, eat some friut, drink a LMNT and cheer on the next heat!
You should able able to sign into a heat by 9am This Wednesday.
If we get to 50 members in a heat I will open it up to more, just give me a bit of time!
We will have many versions of MURPH available.
Remember that its a HERO WORKOUT and it should be difficult.
You can see MURPH options 2 days in advance I believe!
HERO WORKOUTS are about honoring with effort and solid standards! When it gets hard, hold the standard and keep your effort high!
