It's that time of year again MURPH
Join us for the biggest Memorial Day event in all of CrossFit. Gyms across the country and around the world come together to participate in this challenging workout.
Not up to the full Murph? No problem. We'll have scaling options for any and all fitness levels.
Spots are limited this year, so please be sure to reserve your class early. We'll have a Sunday 9am and a Monday 9am class with 15 open spots for each day. If they are all filled up early, we will add another class.
If you are looking to join us as a drop in, send us a message and we'll get you set up, too.
