We are so excited to partner with Sweat Factory in Dwight for our annual Murph Challenge! The National Anthem will kick off our event at 8 am with the first heat to follow. Heats will be determined when we get people signed up! (They will be announced on Friday the 24th) If you’re available to stay and hang out after the event, we will have water, snacks and other beverages! All are welcome, even friends and family members who are not currently active in the CrossFit community!
