The Murph Challenge is the Official annual fundraiser of the LT. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation, presented by Forged®. Learn more at themurphchallenge.comAny veteran or active duty first responder or military member may participate in the challenge for free. Must show proof of veteran status.
Challenge includes running, pull-ups (v-ups optional), push-ups, & squats!
If a participant chooses to wear a weighted vest during the challenge, they must sign an additional waiver. Waivers will be available on the day of the event. The YMCA will not provide weighted vests.
