Join us 10:00am Monday, May 27th (Memorial Day) for the 2024 MURPH workout! ♾️ Cookout immediately following 🍔MURPH is an annual workout done in honor of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy who was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for sacrificing his life to save the lives of his teammates.
