Welcome to danceworkshop with Bleach Boo-Boo aka Emanuel Waal!
Over the course of two days we will work with movement and explore dancing in different ways. The workshop includes a dance warm-up, improvisation, play and exercises- in addition to learning choreography by Bleach. Here you will be given the opportunity to explore set choreography moves, and contribute with your own movements.
This workshop focuses on giving the participants dancing joy and a feeling of mastering the course's content, and at the same time giving space for individual creativity and expression. No previous experience with dance is needed for attending this workshop.
Those participating in the workshop will be given the chance to perform the group dance at Oslo Dragskoles semestershow 2nd of May. To perform at the show is not mandatory.
About the teacher
Bleach Boo-Boo/ Emanuel Waal Hem is a danceartist, dragartist, pedagogue and choreographer based in Oslo. e expressions.
As dragartist Bleach Boo-Boo Waal Hem was nominated to “Årets drag” (this years drag) at the Norwegian Regnbuegallaen i 2023. In his performances he combines his ownmade costume, dance and drag, and will share from his praxis in this workshop.
