It’s 1922. Exactly one year on from the sudden and unexplained death of local millionaire and casino owner, Edward Dell, his relatives are gathering at the family home to celebrate his life. However, a friendly intimate celebration seems to be far from their minds as secrets and resentments are unearthed. Will everyone survive the weekend, or will death once again rear its ugly head? Written by Clare Cluer
DRESS:
The Murder Mystery Weekend is based in the 1920s. Dressing up isn’t essential, but we would encourage as many people as possible to at least dress up in formal 1920s clothes for the ‘Celebration Dinner’ on the Saturday night.
Photographs may be taken of the event – please advise us if you have any objection. A professional photographer will be in attendance on the Saturday and you will be able to purchase any photos if you wish.
ITINERARY:
How the weekend will run:
The Murder Mystery is recommended for 16+. The content can be risqué in its nature at times. At least one member of every booking must be an adult (over 18).
You will be split into a team with your fellow guests. You will be working with your team to solve the Murder Mystery throughout the weekend. If you book as a group with other attendees, let us know as we can group you together.
DATA PROTECTION:
About a month before the event, we will provide ‘Death on Demand’ information regarding guests. Only names and which rooms you will be in. This is vital for the Murder Mystery experience .
