It's time for the Annual CHAOS (Canadian Honorary Association of Santas) convention and it's time to appoint a new Chairman...or is it? Come to the convention for some good old fashioned entertainment and to help vote on some very important issues and as well...for some reindeer games and Christmas CHAOS.Your evening begins with a pre-show social at 6:15pm (cash bar), followed by dinner and your first act at 7:00pm.
Your 4-course Themed Dinner Includes;
Act 1
Tossed seasonal greens with mandarin oranges, candy almonds, crispy chow mien noodles and soya ginger dressing.
Act 2
Creme Anges Sorel a turkey veloute style soup with mushrooms.
Act 3
Chicken Cordon Blue with tarragon sauce, roasted baby potatoes and grilled vegetable kebab.
*Vegetarian option - Mediterranean vegetable pasta with marinara sauce.
Act 4
Chocolate Caramel Christmas Tree
Succulent dark chocolate mousse with a caramel centre and genoise chocolate base, wrapped in a delicious chocolate blanket with a candy cane creme anglaise.
Participation throughout the evening and costumes are welcomed and encouraged!
Costume Suggestions: Santa suits, Mrs. Claus, Elves, Reindeer or anything Christmas.
