The Tugas organization is preparing for the fiesta celebration of Sitio Tugas, Ibo, Toledo City, Cebu on April 15 and 16 in honor of our patron saint, San Vicente Ferrer. On behalf of the organizing committee, we're hosting the "Munting Mutya" pageant for girls aged 8-10, focusing on building confidence and self-expression.
