You don't have to already know how to play to join us!

As long as you work in the games industry or adjacent fields, you are welcome to join this slightly-different business event. We will happily teach you the game of the evening.

Gaming As Conversation Conduit

First introductions are always a little awkward. By making people sit down and play a match, we hope to alleviate the "how do I even start" problems, also giving your nervous hands something to do in the meantime.

Bond over a mutual hobby (or beginner's confusion) to ease into the networking side of things. Get to know each other, exchange contacts, and have fun :)

Why Magic the Gathering?

Mostly because we already saw success with a LinkedIn group under the game's umbrella, where professionals meet up during conference breaks to play together.

(Also, why not turn personal vice into a business expense?)

We are however very open to introducing other TCGs or perhaps board games into the mix, if there is enough interest!

How does the evening look like?

You come visit Bavaria's very own gaming headquarters, chat over some softdrinks and snacks provided by us, and then we explain the rules of the evening.

We will always bring some beginner-friendly decks, but everyone is invited to bring their own cards in form of decks or even a cube. If we play draft that evening (build decks from fresh booster packs) the cost will be split evenly among participants, usually under 20 EUR.
