Exclusive Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Event: Empowering Mothers in the Sport

This event is designed exclusively for women, with a special focus on mothers, to foster physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Our mission is to support women who have embraced motherhood in reconnecting with the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu community and reigniting their passion for the sport.

By creating a safe and supportive environment, this event aims to motivate mothers to return to training, celebrate their journey, and empower them to thrive both on and off the mats.

KIDS ARE WELCOME! Snacks and activities will be available for kids (aged 3-10yrs) throughout the event.
