A wildly fun dance fitness session to some bangers from the likes of Prodigy, Chase and Status, Shy FX, Major Lazer, Bomfunk MC.. basically anything we feel like raving too! (You may find some destiny’s child, Cardi B, Missy Elliott for instance) easy to follow choreo, the occasional squat, sweating, letting our hair down, laughing and 'aving it with clubby vibes ..! 🤘
