My Mummy Yoga classes are Vinyasa Yoga for parents and carers, where you can take your little ones along to hang out and play (5m-5yr). These classes are focused on linking your breath with a continuous flow of movement, changing through different postures. This can help:
Build strength
Promote flexibility
Find inner & outer balance
Prevent repetitive motion injuries from your daily lifestyle #mumlife
Vinyasa yoga will help you relax and even promote a nurturing instinct through oxytocin stimulation. Recognising and honouring the link between your body and mind is something that I believe is unique to yoga.
