Introducing Mumma's Got Moves: Baby-Sling Dance ? After a buzzing few months of trial sessions, Mumma's Got Moves: Baby Sling Dance is levelling up and coming to South East Dance @ The Dance Space.
Expect easy-to-follow but not boring routines, fresh choreography set to an array of music genres, and a proper feel-good dance workout that you can take at your own pace. Babies are welcome throughout - whether in a sling or close by - so you can move in a way that works for you.
We start with connection time, giving you the chance to meet other mums, have a chat, and feel human again.
This class is about rebuilding confidence, boosting your mood, reducing isolation, and creating space to bond with your baby while also connecting with other mums. No dance experience needed. No pressure. Just good music, good energy, and a supportive space where you can feel like yourself again.
Mumma’s Got Moves is suitable from 6 weeks postpartum, or 12 weeks c-section (with medical clearance).
