Mummabear Social Tuesday Group

Welcome to the Mummabear Social Tuesday Group! Join us for some quality time with fellow mums in Southend. We are a community of mums who empower each other through movement, women's circles and monthly social gatherings. It's a great opportunity to get involved in some fitness, connect and share stories. Let's support each other through the many transitions of motherhood by holding each other up as a community.
Every mummabear is unique, creative and brilliant!

Every Tuesday, we meet under the clock at Pittlewell Square for an hour-long community session. We will spend the first half an hour doing some movement on the grass.
Fitness has been shown to contribute to a healthier mind, a stronger body and a positive mindset.
In the second half of the session, we will sit together in a women's circle, discussing how we are doing that week and supporting each other.

Added note:
We will have two charitable offerings during the session.
1) Play it forward - if you are able, you can pay for two tickets (if you can) and we will gift this anonymously to a fellow mum who may not be able to afford her ticket.
2) Donation box - if you have any unwanted baby/children items, food or nappies, bring them to the group and we will offer them out to the mums in the community.

The session will go ahead, rain, sun or thunder.
Please wear movable clothes, bring a blanket to sit on and an umbrella if needed.
