I’m so excited to introduce Mum Moves Grind � — a brand new class designed for mums who want to sweat, get stronger, and feel amazing… all with their little ones nearby.
This isn’t your average fitness class — you’ll be working alongside other mums, tackling a mix of strength, cardio, and core exercises. Everyone moves at their own pace, but the energy of the group keeps you motivated, supported, and pushing through to the end. �
