Stretch, strengthen, improve your core and relieve tension. Learn to involve your baby in Yoga.Every Thursday 10.30-11.30
Venue is Bodywise Natural Health, Turner street M4 1DZ, in the heart of Manchester northern quarter.
Lovely clean studio with big windows. We provide mats and all the comfort (or bring your own).
Bring a blanket to prop baby's head in front of you.
Exercises involve easy to follow action songs & sequences to help baby's motor development and help promote restful sleep.
This class is suitable for babies aged about 6-12 months old, sitting up or about to, crawling or trying to.
(Also 1.15-2.15pm on Thursdays for babies aged 2-8 months old)
£11 per class or
£45 for a 5-week course
