Yoga exercises for Mum and Baby to boost energy, relieve stress and promote restful sleep for baby. Suitable for babies approx. 8 weeks to 8 months old (or before baby is crawling).
Every Thursday 1.15-2.15pm
Bring your own mat or borrow one from the studio. Bring a blanket to prop baby’s head.
(Also on Thursdays 10.30-11.30am for 6-12 months old)
Dads & carers welcome to take part too.
Easy &riendly classes - you do not need previous yoga experience.
