My Mum & Little One classes are focussed on helping you find that inner peace, no matter the chaos and noise around you.It might not be silent and completely tranquil, but it will get you moving mindfully with other like-minded mums. As you check in with yourself, listen to what your body needs and support others with a simple smile.
What could be more relaxing than knowing you are in a safe and supportive space with other mums experiencing the same things you are?!
Bright and airy room at St Columba’s Church opposite Banners Gate entrance for Sutton Park.
Plenty of parking & toilets & access to a kitchen
Please don't worry if little one decide they need a feed/bum change half way through! Everyone is in the same boat. I'll have my 10 month old with me as well!
No pressure, no judgement, no fuss
Suitable from 6 weeks after birth (assuming no complications and you feel ready to exercise), 10 weeks after a c-section (assuming scar is completely healed and you feel ready to exercise).
If you are at all unsure please speak to your Dr/Health Visitor and feel free to give me a call or drop me a message.
All equipment provided, feel free to bring your own mat, blanket or anything else that will make you and little one feel completely comfortable.
Each ticket allows you to bring up to 2 children (between 6 weeks and preschool), play mats and bouncers are provided, but please bring any toys/blankets/milk/snacks you may need. We have access to a kitchen should you require hot water.
