What if schools prepared people for real life?
In recognition of National Adult Education and Family Literacy Week, Joyce’s Legacy Learning Center invites you to a special community screening of MULTIPLE CHOICE.
This thought-provoking film challenges us to reconsider what education should look like, whom it should serve, and how schools can better prepare people for life beyond the classroom.
Following the screening, guests will participate in a community conversation about adult education, literacy, career preparation, and the experiences of learners whose educational journeys do not always follow a traditional path.
This event is for:
• Adult learners and GED graduates
• Parents and families
• Educators and youth advocates
• Employers and workforce partners
• Community leaders
• Anyone passionate about creating more meaningful educational opportunities
Admission is free, but registration is required because seating is limited to 25 guests.

Joyce’s Legacy Learning Center provides adult education, GED preparation, family literacy, career pathways, and professional testing services in Milwaukee. We help adult learners continue their education, prepare for meaningful careers, and Finish the Story.
This event is free to attend. Guests will have an opportunity to support Joyce’s Legacy Learning Center and help fund learner services and our 2026 graduation celebration.
