WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A Sound Bath is an immersive experience designed to soothe and heal the mind, body and spirit through the power of sound. Using a variety of resonant instruments, waves of sound vibrations gently quiet your mind and relaxes your nervous system, guiding you into a deeply restorative state.

Our multi-sensory Sound Bath is a one-of-a-kind event that combines the therapeutic benefits of sound with serene, spa-like ambiance – creating a truly holistic and tranquil experience. The guided meditation helps you center your mind and deepen your relaxation, while the carefully selected essential oils enhance the sensory experience, promoting emotional and physical well-being. Join us to immerse your senses and discover the ultimate luxury of peace, relaxation and rejuvenation.

INSTRUMENTS AND ESSENTIAL OILS

Along with crystal singing bowls, additional healing instruments may be used during the event such as tuning forks, buffalo drum, gong, rainstick and chimes.

Essential oils for you to choose from may include: Lavender, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Orange, Lemongrass and Rose (you can also opt for no scent).

ARRIVAL

Please arrive early to check in and settle into your space. Doors open at 12:45pm. The event will begin promptly at 1pm and end at 2:30pm (this includes introduction, intention setting and closing).

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring a mat, such as a yoga mat, as you will be lying down for the duration of the session. We also recommend that you bring a small blanket and pillow for extra comfort. Optional: water bottle and/or notebook for intention setting. Disposable eye covering/mask will be available at the event.

PARKING

There is plenty of free parking at the venue.

CANCELLATION

For a full refund, guests must notify us at least 48 hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours will not be refunded. Guests have the option to transfer their ticket if recipient's name is provided in advance.

LIABILITY AGREEMENT

By purchasing your ticket, you willingly accept all associated risks and release Manifesment LLC and its partners from any liabilities, claims or injuries that may occur from participating in this event. Additionally, you acknowledge that the event may be photographed and/or recorded to be shared in a considerate manner. All attendees will also be required to sign a form acknowledging these terms prior to the event.
