This September, we gather to gently reconnect with it. Join us for an immersive Frequency Journey where healing sound, bioenergetic scent scape, guided visualisation, colour therapy and frequency infused tea come together to create a deeply restorative experience for mind, body and soul.

Our theme for this month is Devotion & Love not just romantic love, but the deeper remembrance of self-love, compassion, trust and living from the heart.

Your evening begins with a beautiful Frequency Rose Tea Ritual. Each cup has been bioenergetically imprinted with the frequency of this months chosen plant, The Rose & chosen mineral of Rose Quartz, inviting you to slow down, set your intention and prepare your body and energy for the journey ahead. You are invited to set an intention for the session before laying down and relaxing into the immersive experience.
