Mulligan’s Pub & Grill is looking for vendors to join us for our School Supply Fundraiser & Community Swap Shop on Saturday, July 25, 2026!
This event is designed to bring the community together to help local children prepare for the upcoming school year while supporting local small businesses, crafters, collectors, and entrepreneurs.

Mulligan’s Pub & Grill
Rockford, Illinois
🕙 Event Hours:
Vendor setup begins at 8:30 AM
Event opens to the public at 10:00 AM
💲 Vendor Fee:
$20 per vendor space
🎒 Our Mission:
We are collecting school supplies and backpacks to benefit local students in need. Our goal is to fill 100 backpacks before the start of the school year.
🛍️ What Can Be Sold?
We welcome:
• Handmade crafts
• Boutique items
• Jewelry
• Home décor
• Collectibles
• Direct sales products
• Small business merchandise
• Vintage items
• Garage sale and swap shop items
• Artwork and more
⚠️ Vendor Responsibilities:
• Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and display materials.
• Vendors are responsible for setting up and tearing down their own space.
• Please keep your area clean throughout the event.
• Electricity is limited and not guaranteed.
• Vendor spaces are first come, first served.
🎁 Community Incentive:
Guests who donate a backpack will receive a complimentary drink chip courtesy of Mulligan’s Pub & Grill.
🎸 Evening Entertainment:
After a full day of shopping and community fun, local favorite Stereotype will take the stage at 7:00 PM.
