Websters defines it as a free shot sometimes given to a sportsman in informal play when the previous shot was poorly played... So, Why is our Film festival Named Mulligan?

Many Major Film Festivals often select film on standards that we feel can sometimes either Stifle creative Freedom or leave films easily rejected based on a number of factors including (But Not Limited To) stylistic choices, subject matter, or run time.

So, our goal with Mulligan Film Fest is (by design) to create a film festival for previously unaccepted films and/or films that don't fit "traditional academy status/regulations". A chance for a second shot.

Fondanarosa's gritty dark gothic thriller (Featuring hand developed 16mm sequences) Ego Death. With a Q&A with both Zoë & Z.
