*Once the final 2 are standing, 3 rounds will be allowed, if a Winner isn't determined then the final 2 will Divide the Pot evenly. If both bowler miss in the same Round, then it's a tie and the pot is divided evenly between them two Bowlers.

What is a Mulligan? A Mulligan card can be used if you didnt like your leave in that frame.
If you want to use a Mulligan card, You yell "MULLIGAN" and a NEi staff worker will come take your Mulligan card, reset your frame to ball one and then you get to Re-throw that frame. So let's say you Split on your 1st throw, You get a chance to Re-throw it!
**Guidelines for using Mulligan cards. **
1) They can only be used in Games 2, 3 or 4 they may NOT be used during game one.
2) You can only use them after ball one. They are not valid to reset spares, only to wipe out the frame after the ball one in a frame.
3) They can not be used in back to back frames and thier must be at least One frame in between each Mulligan use. (Frames 10, 11 and 12 are considered separate frames)
4) Only 2 Mulligans are allowed to be used in a single game, per Bowler.
5) Each Bowler is only allowed to use a Max of 4 Mulligan card During Qualifying.
TEAMS can only use ONE Special Mulligan card during each MATCH during match play. Qualifying Mulligan cards Can NOT be used during match play.
6) If you don't use the Your Mulligan's, thier is No refunds for unused Mulligan cards as the money from sales goes into the prize fund.
7) Special Match Play Mulligan cards can be purchased Prior to the 1st round of Match Play. Only Two special Mulligans can be purchased per Bowler. Only ONE Mulligan can be used by each bowler during each match.
AVERAGES: Entrants will use their Highest Average average with 21 games or more in the 2022-2023 Season.
A) If the Highest Average BEFORE Conversion is a Sports or Challenge Avergae it will be adjusted according to the USBC conversion chart to a house shot average.
B) If No 2022-2023 with 21 or more games is Established, Then the Bowler will take the No average guideline Listed for the event they are bowling in Unless Tournament Director approves a Older average or The following applies.
B1) NEI tournaments can issue an Average for a Bowler that has no established average after said bowler has bowled at least 21 games in the Tournament series.
C) 10+ Pin Rule Will apply. If a Bowler goes 10+ above their 2022-2023 Average With 21 games or more then they MUST report and use the higher Average.
E) Tournament director reserves the right to Re-Rate a bowler as they see necessary.
AVERAGE VERIFICATION: Participants are Responsible for Reporting Correct averages. Averages will be verified using Bowl.com and calling Bowlers houses directly at times.
A) If a Bowler is Found to have reported a False average the bowler could Face Suspension, Banned and even reported to USBC. Decision will be based on the Tournament Directors Decision and handled how they see fit..
USBC RULES: All USBC rules will apply to ALL NEI tournament event unless Directly modified by NEI tournaments.
A) Transition between Qualifying and Match Play is still considered in competition and Bowling balls can NOT be resurfaced or cleaned without tournament director’s approval.
CODE OF CONDUCT: All Participants are required to show all the other Bowlers, Houses and Staff with respect. This includes but not limited to Yelling, Heckling, cursing or even showing bad sportsmanship such as kicking ball returns, throwing equipment etc.
A) Offenses shall be determined at the Tournament director’s discretion using information gathered by other Bowlers, Staff and/or helpers.
1) 1st Offense will be but not limited to a 3 tournament suspension.
2) 2nd Offense will be but not limited to a season Suspension
3) 3rd offense will be Banned from the Series indefinitely and reported to the USBC
4) All above are Only a Light Guideline and Tournament Director Can use his/her own discretion of a more or less action.
