Please join us for Red Onion Arts Collective's favorite annual event, Mugs 'N' Jugs!

What is MUGS N JUGS? It’s a celebration of the arts and burlesque benefiting Red Onion Arts Collective!

Who is ?

Red Onion Arts Collective is a nonprofit community based art studio for independent artists located in Rogers Park.Their mission is to provide an inclusive space for artists of all backgrounds and disciplines to create, collaborate, and thrive together. Through community engagement and events they aim to make art accessible to everyone!

Speaking of art...there will be an assortment of art (MUGS) made by the artists of Red Onion up for raffle.

And who could forget the JUGS courtesy of talented burly-q folks of the Chicago Burlesque Community. You may be wondering who these folks are...however if you've ever been to a burlesque show you're going to have to practice a little patience and savor the art of the tease ;)

• Doors open 30 minutes prior to the show.
• If you would prefer to not be interacted with during the show, simply place your hands over your heart and the performer will be happy to give you space.

Please be advised:

The Newport Theater is up a flight of stairs with no elevator, but access to a Genesis portable mobile stairlift (rated up to 400 pounds) is available. Please email [email protected] advance of your arrival to coordinate entry and sign a waiver (required by our landlord).

There are four single-stall non-gendered restrooms available onsite.
