Welcome to 2025! We've got a great year lined up for you, with a new outlook out how we want to run the club this year. We have 4 dates in the books for the coming year for private, Mug Club only events. Each providing something a bit different from the last.
This first date, January 22nd, and we will be providing a 5 course pairing menu at no charge, as well as seeking your input on the first Mug Club Exclusive Beer. That's right, we're rolling out a new perk for our special members. Throughout the year, we'll be adding a beer to the menu that is available ONLY to you and at a heavily discounted price. For this first one, we'd like to build that beer with you.
Details (Menu and Timeline)
1. Paradise Wity (Witbier) | Goat Cheese Crostini with Honey, Pecans and Thyme
2. Paralyzing Pony Powder (Gose) | Prosciutto Rolls with Pears and Arugula
3. Hooked on Phenolics (Tripel) | Spicy Black Bean Tostadas with Chipotle & Scallion Slaw
4. The Annexation of Puerto Rico (Hazy IPA) | Pork BBQ Sliders
5. Hype Machine (Champurrado Imperial Stout) | Fresh Baked Cookies
With each course we'll discuss the flavors of each and why they work together, as well as discuss other possible food pairings for the beers.
Timeline:
6:00 - Doors Open. Feel free to come in, grab a beer at the bar and mingle.
6:30 - Pairing Event (No Cost)
Conclusion of Pairing Event until Close - Mug Club Exclusive Beer Build & Social
Please RSVP using the ticket link. There is no cost to the ticket, but this will help us plan for the amount of food needed and remember, your membership is for both you and a significant other.
