Mudi Puppy Yoga in Toronto
About this Event
The Saturday you've been meaning to take back starts with rare Hungarian puppies and your yoga mat.
Welcome to Mudi Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Toronto. If you've never heard of Mudis, you're not alone. These Hungarian herding dogs are incredibly rare, and their puppies are basically tiny, fluffy tornadoes with the sweetest faces you've ever seen.
Mudis are known for being intelligent, energetic, and surprisingly adaptable. The puppies bring all that curiosity and none of the impulse control.
Here's how the hour breaks down:
- 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga
- 20 minutes of connection/cuddle time
- 5 minutes of sharing circle
Why people keep coming back
Puppy yoga does something a regular yoga class can't. The moment those little paws start wandering around the room, your nervous system just... exhales. It's impossible to stay wound up when a Mudi puppy decides your downward dog is the perfect climbing frame. People leave feeling lighter, and it has nothing to do with the yoga poses.
A note on Mudi puppies
These rare Hungarian herding dogs are incredibly smart and naturally curious. Mudi puppies are confident explorers who love meeting new people, but they're also surprisingly gentle for such an active breed. Expect lots of tail wagging, some enthusiastic face licks, and the occasional puppy who thinks your yoga block is a toy.
Families welcome
Kids ages 5 and up are welcome. Anyone under 18 must attend with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and handle the animals with care.
Mats provided. No experience needed. Just come ready to meet some of the rarest puppies you'll ever see and leave feeling like you actually took that Saturday back.
