his is a "Muddy 4 A Cause" race prep challenge. Race day is Saturday, June 22! Dates May 15-Jun 22 | Fee $70 | Location WRCCAttend 3 group fitness classes per week.
Run/walk 4 miles per week.
Attend at least 1 "Private Saturday Cardio & Strength" day.
All class spaces on Stamp Card must be stamped by the class instructor.
Entry fee includes "Muddy 4 A Cause" event registration fee, WRCC team shirt, team socks, bandana and private group class.
Challenge is for ages 14+ (ages 12-13 are welcome to register with a participating guardian).
Weekly prize drawings! Grand prize drawing for perfect attendance!
