MU Heels is more than dance — it’s a space for healing, confidence, and connection. Created by dancer and teacher MU Wang, this class blends graceful choreography with emotional empowerment, helping students reconnect with their bodies and move boldly.

Whether you're a beginner or experienced mover, MU Heels welcomes all identities and all levels. We focus on mindful movement, posture, flexibility, and balance — especially for those who work long hours or feel disconnected from their physical selves.

Classes are held in a cozy private studio with a 10-person limit to ensure personal attention and a safe, supportive vibe. Heels are optional, and street parking is available — we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to settle in.
