If you have a burning desire to build better products, level up your product game, and want your organisation to be at the cutting edge of product thinking, then look no further - Mind the Product returns to Hamburg in 2022 with the fourth edition of our much-loved product management conference, #mtpengage.

Join us on Friday, 17th June at Kampnagel, one of Hamburg's top arts venues, where you’ll find a friendly atmosphere and endless opportunities to engage in meaningful conversations - you’ll go back to work feeling inspired and ready to put into action what you’ve learned.

We’ll also be running a day of interactive workshops on Thursday, 16th June, and our half-day Leadership Forum happening on Wednesday, 15th June for the senior leaders in our community (tickets sold separately).

This in-person conference brings together hundreds of product people from all over the region, with a mix of keynotes, interactive sessions for an intimate and local product conference to complement our global #mtpcon events.

And that’s just the beginning. #mtpengage kicks off 365 days of dedicated product learning because every ticket includes a full year of Mind the Product membership worth $250+.

We'll be announcing the first of our speakers closer to the event on our website.

The keynote talks will cover broader & more general topics in English. The interactive sessions will get closer to the day-to-day work, helpful frameworks, and methodologies as well as reflect on the keynotes. Some of these sessions will be held in German but we will make sure that there is at least one English session at any one time for the international product community.

We'll be announcing a skeleton schedule in early 2022 and more detailed info closer to the event on our website.

This is a 2G+Booster event and all attendees will need to adhere to strict rules to gain entry. Due to current circumstances, the event is subject to change - we will communicate all high-impact changes directly with our ticket holders but please refer to our event FAQs for the most up-to-date information before purchasing your ticket.

Can I get an event ticket without membership?

Conference tickets come with an annual Mind the Product membership. This gives you access to premium editorial (including recordings of all conference talks), even more interaction with product experts, and the opportunity to connect with peers tackling similar challenges to you – 365 days of the year.

I’ve purchased my event ticket, when do I get access to my membership?

We’ll send all ticket holders an email invite with an access code and instructions on how to sign up shortly after you’ve purchased your ticket. If you’ve not received this within 24 hours then please let us know. Once you’ve activated your membership, you’ll have access to all conference talk videos and write-ups when they are ready, as well as all other Mind the Product membership perks.

Do you offer discounts for students, startups, non-profits, etc?

The only discounts we offer are the digital-only Early Bird conference tickets (limit one ticket per order), and the group discounts (digital-only) on General Release conference tickets where we do a 10% discount on 10 or more tickets. The ticket limit for purchasing online is 25. If you require more than 25 tickets, please email us at [email protected]. Team Discount does not apply to our Early Bird or Last Chance tickets. We do not have any discounts available for group purchases of our workshops or Leadership Forum. 

Can I change the name or other details on my tickets?

Yes, but only the person who purchased the tickets can make these changes on Eventbrite. You are free to change your ticket details up to two days before the event, including name, title, etc. Please make sure these details are correct as they will be what we show on your online event profile! Just login to Eventbrite and make the changes, following these instructions. If you can’t reach the person who purchased the ticket in order to get them to change the information please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you make the updates.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a full refund up to one month before the event. Simply log in to Eventbrite and request the refund following these instructions. Please note: only the person who purchased the tickets can request a refund.

Can I pay by invoice?

As we are a small team we only offer payment by invoice if you are buying 5 tickets or more due to the additional overhead. Please also note that no tickets are held/issued until payment of the invoice has been received. Request to pay by invoice by emailing [email protected].

• Tickets are not held until payment has been made – there are no exceptions to this.
• We cannot agree to any terms and conditions associated with Purchase Order numbers or other supplier agreements.
• We do not fill in supplier detail forms for ticket invoices – if you cannot find details you require on our website – please email [email protected]
