Once again, we are proud to welcome back THE MICHIGAN THEATRE OF JACKSON'S THURSDAY NIGHT FILM SERIES. ADMISSION IS FREE TO ALL MOVIES ($65 VALUE) Every THURSDAY for 13 weeks the public will be treated to some of the finest films ever made. The doors to the auditorium will open at 6:30 pm. The box office will be open at 6:30 pm. The cost is $5 per film. Present your Michigan Theatre Membership Card and receive FREE ADMISSION.

ABOUT THE FILM: Based on the humorous writings of author Jean Shepherd, this beloved holiday movie follows the wintry exploits of youngster Ralphie Parker (Peter Billingsley), who spends most of his time dodging a bully (Zack Ward) and dreaming of his ideal Christmas gift, a "Red Ryder air rifle." Frequently at odds with his cranky dad (Darren McGavin) but comforted by his doting mother (Melinda Dillon), Ralphie struggles to make it to Christmas Day with his glasses and his hopes intact.
