Avengers Assemble! Join Cape Fear Games for the mash-up we've all been waiting for, Magic: The Gathering Marvel Super Hero Prerelease weekend! Whether you are a longtime planeswalker or attending your very first prerelease, Marvel Super Heroes is the perfect way to jump into the action.There are three sealed prerelease events:
Friday, June 19th @ 3PM and 7PM
Saturday, June 20th @ 11AM
Entry Fee: $40
Format: Sealed, Capped at 3 Swiss Rounds
Prizes:
- 1x Marvel Super Heroes Pack per Match Win
- 1x Marvel Super Heroes Pack to Undefeated (3-0)
- 1x Marvel Super Heroes Pack to 0-3
Each player will receive a prerelease kit that will contain 6 Marvel Super Heroes Play Boosters, 1 foil stamped Rare or Mythic, and 1 Spindown die. Players will build a 40 card deck out of their sealed pool and then battle it out for 3 rounds.
We've also got two other prerelease formats happening Saturday:
4:00PM - Sealed Two Headed Giant - $80
6:30PM - Commander Precon - $10 + Market Price for Deck
