The Prerelease Events pay out based on MATCH RECORD after 4 rounds of swiss.

3-0-1 will get 6 packs
3-1-0 will get 5 packs
2-0-2 will get 3 packs
2-1-1 will get 2 packs
2-2-0 ↓ will get 1 pack
