? Life Total: 30 Life (No Commander Damage)
? Decklist Submission: Required at least 24 hours before the event starts
? Proxies: NOT Allowed
? No Infinite Combos Allowed – Any deck found using an infinite combo to win will be disqualified.
? Decks Must Be $200 or Less – The total deck value must not exceed $200 (as determined by TCGPlayer
