▪️The MTBdryland gym training program is designed specifically to build a stronger, more powerful, resilient rider, while also helping to improve mobility, stamina, focus and your watts/Kg.▪️The Winter Edition is a 6-month off season investment to your next seasons riding and we ask that you sign up and commit to a single time-slot, 2x/ week from November to April.
▪️It is designed to achieve maximum results while allowing plenty of time and energy for you to continue your other winter activities-riding, skiing etc.
▪️ The program is designed for and is suitable for ALL cyclists not just MTBers, the program attracts DH, CX, Enduro, Road and BMX riders, But also attracts triathletes, skiers, and runners.
▪️The program is entering its 17th season with classes selling out annually and we are grateful for an amazing clientele of both recreational and race focused riders,
▪️BONDtraining MTBdryland is the training program of choice for North Shore Bike Industry professionals (including SRAM, BC Bike Race, Endless, Steed, Norco, Tag, and other bike shop owners and staff).
▪️We are also proud to share that we already have 8 couples registered for the 2024/25 program, with the number of female participants increasing year over year.
▪️The 6:30pm High Performance training group - is available to riders ages 15+ who are RACE FOCUSED and ready to train in a High-Performance environment.
