At this workshop, we will be going in-depth on wheel lifts from lifting and shifting your bike to hobbling over obstacles and manuals.
Don't let obstacles stop you! These skills are great when you come up on a rocky stair step or log. You will learn how to use your momentum, maneuver the bike so it works for you and not against you, avoid pedal strikes, climb and descend technical features with confidence!

This workshop is for any level mountain bike rider from beginner to advanced. After we explain and demo the skill, each participant will run through with individualized instruction tailored to them. You will not only learn the skill, but you will also learn how to progress it. If you've never had any skill instruction or in-depth coaching, this is for you! You will walk away with a valuable roadmap that allows you to continue to improve each time you ride .

LOCATION DESCRIPTION
Sedona is a must-ride destination. The trails are very unique and a blast to ride, in addition to the abundant red landscape. We are overjoyed at the opportunity of holding our events there!
Posse Grounds has a fantastic bike skills park! The Sedona bike skills park consists of multiple pump tracks, jumps and drop lines, roll down obstacles, steep descents, and roll downs. All their trails and obstacles are well-maintained with skill progression in mind.

TAKE NOTE:
- Each participant will be responsible to pack out any trash on and off the trail.
- Need A Bike? Bikes are NOT provided by Ride Guide. Get in touch with us and we'll set you up with a bike rental.
