First ever professionally taught MTB classes on BREC property! Join us for an exciting day of mountain bike instruction at the beautiful Comite River Conservation Area! Whether you’re new to mountain biking or looking to sharpen your skills, we have the perfect class for you.Schedule:
9:00 AM - Fundamentals Class
This class is all about the basics and is STRONGLY recommended for all riders. We’ll cover:
• Bike-body separation
• The building blocks of all other skills
• Essential techniques to boost your confidence and control on the trails
10:00 AM - Technical Class
For those ready to tackle more challenging terrain, our technical class will focus on:
• Wheel lifts
• Body position
• Navigating roots and technical features
• Advanced skills to improve your performance on the Comite and Hooper trails
