Mt. Fuji International Marathon Tour 2025

Join Competitive Events for the Mt. Fuji International Marathon at Fujikawaguchiko in Yamanashi Prefecture on Sunday, December 14, 2025. This will be 2-night trip to the Mt. Fuji Area!

Registration ends June 30 at 11:59 PM.

All SOFA status, JMSDF, IHA/MLC individuas 18 years or older are eligible for this event.

You will choose either a Full Marathon (42.195km)* or 1 lap around Lake Kawaguchi (Approx. 17km)** and complete your run as you enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji and surrounding area. All participants will receive a Finisher’s Medal and Towel if you complete the run within the time.

*Full Marathon Requirements:

• Fee is 25,000 Yen (entry fee not included).
• Athletes who are 18 years or older and in good health condition to compete in the race.
• Athletes who can complete the distance of 42.195km within 6 hours.

**1 lap around Lake Kawaguchi Requirements:

• Fee is 18,000 Yen (entry fee is not included).
• Athletes who are 18 years or older and good health condition to compete in the race.
• Athletes who can complete the distance of 17km within 3 hours.

• This fee is for the flight transportation between Iwakuni and Tokyo, shuttle transportation between the airport and hotel, between the hotel and venue, and lodging (Single, Non-smoking room). Participation fee for the marathon is not included.

• After registering the transportation ticket with us, you must register for the Mt. Fuji International Marathon using the link below and send your confirmation ticket of the race to [email protected] within 24 hours of your transportation ticket purchase. * Due to a limited number of spots in the marathon, please register promptly.

• Failure to submit the confirmation ticket of the race will result in your ineligibility for the tour.

• No refunds for this event.

• Leaving during the tour is not allowed.

• Tickets are not for spectators.
