The Royal Astronomical Society of New Zealand (RASNZ) & Auckland Astronomical Society (AAS) will be undertaking a free public viewing of the night sky on the platform close to the summit of Mt Eden from 5.45pm on Friday 12 August. The outreach team will have a 10” Dob and an eVscope2 on site. This is an incredible vantage point, the weather is set to be good and the selected scopes will ensure you get great viewing. Watch Saturn and the last SuperMoon for 2022 rise together.
